Seminar 2 in Vilnius
On September 17-19, 2019, a meeting of the BSR Restart project partners took place in Vilnius. It was the second seminar conducted by Design School Kolding Denmark together with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and a invited expert from Team U Germany - involved in the Early Warning Europe program.
Design School Kolding has extensive experience in designing, innovating and developing concepts using design thinking methods. Team U contributed to the concept development process by sharing insights and experiences from crisis management and restart-support activities.
Both actors made a huge contribution to the project co-creation process, thereby increasing the partners' knowledge of design thinking, crisis management and second chance.
Based on group work and seminar discussions, all partners were tasked with carrying out fieldwork in their countries, testing the selected tools with the appropriate target group (especially innovation actors / consultants, mentors and / or business representatives).
The fieldwork will be carried out in different ways in different countries, taking into account different conditions at national, regional and local level. They will be carefully analyzed at the next WP2 seminar.
Seminar 1 in Kolding, Denmark
On June 18-19, 2019, the Restart BSR project partners participated in a seminar in Denmark. The host was the Kolding School of Design.
In order to gain adequate knowledge of the Early Warning experiences, the seminar started with two presentations. First Henrik Noes, who initiated the Restart BSR project, then consultant Peter Bausager and mentor Haimin Wung-Sungia of Early Warning Denmark. During a joint discussion, we were looking for an answer to the question: How can we save entrepreneurs in crisis situations with empathy and respect in the Baltic states?
Based on group work and seminar discussions, we identified the need to explore further relevant issues through fieldwork in each country.
