II Innovation Labolatory for Restart BSR Project

On 29-30 of September 2021 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Latvia invited a lot of  institution from countries involved in the Restart BSR project to discuss about final recommendation for each countries which will be part of the Policy Manual for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The second Innovation Laboratory was convened to develop the RestartBSR Manual 2021 - guidelines for policymakers on building institutional capacity to support companies in financial difficulties in the Baltic Sea region - Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Question for second innovation labolatory discussion was to develop guidelines for policy makers on institutional capacity building to support companies in financial difficulties in the Baltic Sea Region.

The workshops work divided into each countries helped to create more efficient result for creating recommendation and final Policy Manual document.

The report from this meeting will be on the website www.restart-bsr.eu and also presented during the Final conference, planned for 24`of November 2021 in Wroclaw (Poland).

 

 

Early Warning Europe Day

Members of the Restart-BSR project team attended the European Early Warning Day on September 28, 2021 with 84 participants on site and 250 people online from around the world.

As part of the project presentation, the main goals of the project and the achieved results were presented, including in particular tools designed for mentors. Moreover, the gathered guests were informed about the final conference of the project planned for November 24 in Wrocław.

 

 

 

III Learning Seminar for Restart BSR Project

On 16` of September 2021 the III Learning Seminar was held via Skype meeting with Project Partners and experts. It was the last Learning meeting in the project and also ended the work for creating the Road Map with Advisory Board during National Workshops.

During seminar each of Partner present the results and achievements with creating the Road Map:

- results and success stories
- main challenges
- key actions and milestones in the coming months.

The meeting was also based on the exchange of experiences, successes and main challenges in the next periods envisaged in the Restart BSR project. The meeting also was focused on the development of guidelines for the final document called "Policy and Manual" and the development of a communication system for the project results and the development of paths for reaching decision-makers and interested institutions with the project.
The partners discussed about the Final Conference, the agenda, the list of the participants and institution to invite.
